What is unlocking? Unlocking refers to sim card networks such as Tmobile and AT&T. lets used an example say you want to use the Iphone on Tmobile. If you were to put a tmobile sim card in the iphone, it would say that the sim card is invalid. However onces its unlocked you can now use it for Tmobile.
What happens if i turn the phone off or reset it will It lock again? Most phones will never get locked up again to the carrier, because most phones have codes and once the code is entered it is unlocked forever. The iphone is the exception, if you reset the phone you will lose your unlock. But turning it off and on will not cause you to lose it.
What is flashing? Flashing refers to non- sim card companies like Verizon/ cricket/sprint. This involves changing the internal workings of the phone, so it is now able to pick up another's networks service. There is a PARTIAL flash which is strickly for calls and text, and there is also one called FULL FLASH which is for calls, texts, internet, and picture messaging.
What happens if I turn the phone off or reset it will It still be flashed?Most flashed phones will stay flashed if you turn them off and on. However if you reset the phone you will all or some of your flash depending on model.
Do I need to have a data plan with any of the new/used phones? No you do not need any type of data, with any of the new or used phones, we offer non-contracted phones for less then any of the big name stores do.
